She wears a magenta, layered jumpsuit with a purple striped vest and a red bowtie. "Belle Brittlecane" is the "Owner of Belle's Candyshop", is "5'8"", "from Winiward" and wears "Lockettian" clothing.

Finally did up another Kivic OC! She comes in rather late in Mumther's story, but she's still thematically essential! Girlie needs new friends...
