Russian Tartar Uhlans 1812 #HistoricalWargaming #NapoleonicMiniatures #MiniaturePainting The latest unit for my Russian army in the 1812 Retreat from Moscow project is finally finished! These Russian Uhlans—painted as the Tartar Regiment—add some serious flair to my collaboration with Ray. They served in the Order of Battle at the Battle of Berezina, and now they’re ready to ride across the tabletop in style. A small unit, but a satisfying milestone in this long, frosty project… and there’s plenty more to come as the army grows.
