Something I've noticed when you dive down the #NarcisisticAbuse rabbit hole is the use of male pronouns for the abuser. I've had three in my life Mom, Jobe, & my Exwife, all female. I think we do survivors of this type of #domesticabuse a disservice by using noninclusive pronouns

I've been told to write down all the narcasistic abuse I have been put through, & if I feel the urge to try & engage them again to read the list
It is quite eye opening that's for sure
It is also not something you can sit & write out in one sitting as wounds reopen 😳
