Happy Easter! If you're hunting for eggs, hopefully they're not buried under yesterday's snow. The forecast is pretty seasonable, even if it's on the cooler side. Highs top out near 40° with minor melting, along with a few isolated sprinkles in the afternoon. #ndwx #mnwx
Note: These are *not* final, as snow is still falling for much of NW MN, but here's a preliminary look at what we've seen for snowfall across the region. These totals are just from Friday-Saturday, so this doesn't include the Wednesday-Thursday round. #ndwx #mnwx
View of the snow from my front door. There is around 6 to 8 inches of snow sitting on the porch railing. And it's still snowing.
POV of the snow from the level of my deck.
This storm ain't no joke. I woke up at 8am & went out to shovel even though it's still snowing pretty heavily. I had about 6 to 8 inches here in West Fargo, but that's just an eyeball measurement. I didn't feel like digging out my tape measure. I wonder how much more we'll end up with.

Wet and heavy snow is piling up quickly around the valley this morning. Already in Fargo we've seen the parking lot at the station fill up to 4+" of snow, and the heavy bands are still sitting over the valley and Lakes Country. #ndwx #mnwx

Street scene showing snow covering yards and a city street.
To shovel, or not to shovel — that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the back to suffer
The slips and tumbles of outrageous winter,
Or to take arms against a driveway of snow
And by shoveling, clear it. To wait — to melt,
No more; and by a melt to say we end
The […]
