This is called a Crystal Jelly. I was in awe of how delicate the tendrils were. I think they had a blacklight on to showcase its glowyness, it was really beautiful!

Yup. If you go to the New England Aquarium #NEAQ, there is a sticker on the plaza as well... As for past storms, King's Tide several years back flooded the Legal Sea Food in that area and was the reason there are now flood gates at the Aquarium #MBTA Station.
