4/ nephromegaly! although pt was obese (which can lead to big kidneys) enlargement was remarkable. A full abdomen CT also described a small pancreatic module. At that point, IgG4-RD or leukemic/lymphomatous infiltration of the kidneys were top differentials. #NephroPOCUS
