At my Physical Therapy appointment today I got the bike pedal all the way around (well, backwards)! Yay for returning range of motion!!! ♥️🚴♀️♥️

#NewKnee update. Dressing removed. Wound looking good. She even said it looks like 4-5 weeks post-op.and I'm only 3. It's such a relief to get it off. It was starting to give me the ick. And now it feels less tight too.

First PT today and I made 100⁰ flexion which was my goal for next Monday and 0⁰ extension which is better than before the surgery. Also I made it there by subway, stairs and all. Yes it swelled up after the session but once it was iced I was all good again. #NewKnee

In other #NewKnee news my leg is still quite swollen but a lot less than it was yesterday. It feels a lot less tight and I can take some steps without depending on the cane, although I'm going nowhere without it. The ice machine is my friend.
