Two-seater wooden privy
Before indoor plumbing, many farmhouses had an outdoor privy. All very well, but we’re not keen on sharing a seat whilst spending a penny!
This privy was photographed at Bryn-Ysgafn, a hearth-passage house built in the 16th century
