Banned Books Display at the Holt Memorial Library in Philipsburg, PA. Books that have been banned and challenged at other libraries and schools are placed in paper bags with labels that look burnt and are set on display shelves on the side of a bookshelf. The books include, "The Giver," by Lois Lowry; "To Kill a Mockingbird," by Harper Lee; "Thirteen Reasons Why," by Jay Asher; "The Kite Runner," by Khaled Hosseini; and "1984," by George Orwell.
