The "International Arcade", which was built during the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, continued from Shinbashi to Yurakucho under the railway overpass, like a long passage illuminated by fluorescent lights. "International Arcade" is written in Japanese and English along with the logo on the wall on the right side of the photo.
At the time of shooting, almost 50 years have passed since the completion, and puddles can be seen here and there. Although it is an arcade, it is quiet because most of the shops are closed.
Among them, a group of 6 people are walking towards the back.
From the back, a person wearing a white shirt and a jacket is walking towards us.
Unfortunately, perhaps due to the redevelopment associated with the new Tokyo Olympics, which was supposed to be held in 2020, this place has already disappeared from this world.

モノクロの縦位置写真。
蛍光灯で照らされた長い通路のようなものは、1964年の東京オリンピック開催時に作られた「インターナショナルアーケード」で、鉄道の高架下を新橋から有楽町へ続いていた。写真右側の壁にはロゴと共に日本語と英語で「インターナショナルアーケード」と書かれている。
撮影時点で竣工から50年近くが経過し、所々水溜りが見える。アーケードでありながらお店は殆どクローズしている為ひっそりとしている。
その中を6人のグループが奥に向かって歩いている。
奥からは白いシャツにジャケットを羽織った人がこちらに向かって歩いてきている。
残念ながら、2020年に行われる筈だった新しい東京オリンピックに伴う再開発の関係だろうか、ここは既にこの世から姿を消した。
