"Windchime." Or maybe "mobile"? LOL. Three Norman Thelwell-style ponies. Constructed from 16-guage flat steel. Cut with a plasma torch; finished with rust finish and silver, rub-on paint. Strung together with bailing wire, accented with stone and metal beads and a tin bell.
