I don't understand the practical purpose of writing to J. Roberts. The DOJ pays the Marshalls. The President refers to everyone paid by the DOJ as his employees. Roberts has said the President cannot be found to have done anything wrong unless impeached and convicted by Congress. #NotANationOfLaws
