Actually, I was #offit for a bit due to some nerves in my back not cooperating.

Mentally and in spirit I remained #onit even during that down time.

Ah, the New Brunswick Spring Classics. Today, the Ronde de Nashwaak. My bikes either love me or hate me - I'm not sure which - but like the true Stoics they are, no matter what I throw at them, they just silently lean in.
