Well fed. Still #notfrogfriday & depressed. Have two completely free variable (polytypic) Ranitomeya variabilis. I'm just going to let the food hit & listen to obscure 70's & early 80's punk, think of better times & maybe sleep. Enjoy poison frog biodiversity. Art by me as always. Frogs from Perú🐸

Still depressed. I am going to cook a fantastic balanced meal & sleep. Still #notfrogfriday however, free I offer two-paintings I am actually pleased w/. These were painted in my 10th year of mad-crazy "hurry up & finish" painting every morph of every Andean poison frog🐸I missed a few. These I like.

That time of year to cook salmon w/ Olneya sp. flowers & of course for #notfrogfriday more poison frogs; Pepper's & the Evil-spirited Poison Frogs (orange polytypes) both described by Brown and Twomey in 2009. Don't confuse them! Enjoy!🐸

#notfrogfriday but here, have a free Critically Endangered Colombian poison frog I painted before it was described. The Supatá golden frog, Ranitomeya supata, Giovanni Chaves Portilla et al.🐸Bedtime for my usual 4-6 hrs. Great breakfast and 1/2 way through the B&W redraw of the sticticeps! Enjoy!

#notfrogfriday A few frogs I enjoyed painting-sorry for the low res one w/ white flash marks, might have to repaint that one. Enjoy anyhow. Both are Ranitomeya sirensis. The red one is considered amelanistic but I have my doubts about that🐸There are many polytypes and subtle variation within each.
