Nothing but the Bones - Brian Panowich
A hard book to read, more violent & vengeful than I like, almost quit 11 chapters in, but it has some moving character arcs, messages, solid twists and surprises, good heart. Not sure whether I’ll read more by him, glad to have read this.

#notkidlit I did not really like this book, more icky than funny, and I don’t usually much care for zombies in general, but I appreciate parody, so I appreciate that it exists, and I don’t recommend it or think anyone needs to read it. How’s that for an ambivalent book review? Not for kids.
What I’m reading: some spooky inspiration to stimulate the brain and get some ideas flowing. Or really more to focus a whole mess of ideas that have been swirling around looking for places to land. Full leg sleeve? Definitely in the realm of possibility.
