The government brands Revelasia as people whom turned traitor to Aoa. Ironic then, that the leader of Revelasia, Donnel, would be the Star that the star-infested devil is claimed to be made of. He fails (a LOT) with his eye squarely planted on the heavens, but he always fails forward.

Prominent public figures in Apostate go by titles that describe their ""purpose"" rather than name. With that in mind, this aligns with miss Brilliance: basically the head of the government's NASA program in a world where the gov is authoritarian spiritualists and wages war on the stars.

Namazu is Apostate's Iroh ATLA. He was a decorated general: one of the few who successfully commandeer'd an op against the eldritch, star-infested Aoaian forces. However, his time severed from the Divine Line's light opened his eyes. In those forbidden wastes, he expected daemons. He found people.

Neve's reputation has preceeded her to the point where people will destain/hide from her; her arrival brings about catastrophic, at-the-time unwanted, yet often needed change. It holds true for her incursion as well as for herself.

This one's going to Apostate's Evie! Evie is a flirtatious, enthusiastic lover at base, yes, but her life has always been defined by the bonds she forges. Even as a young orphan in Haven (think Panem's Capital), she knitted a safety net made of her bonds and alliances to ensure her survival.

Unconventional answer today - I'll say its actually Apostate's magic system! Shardics are crystalized pieces of willpower tied to forces of nature and the self. They can be either used to augment/breathe life into existing technologies, or they can be snapped to violently unleash the energy within.
