Red: transit street
Blue: bike street
Green: tree promenade street.

Note that the "tower" rendered here is about 21 stories tall. The hospital looking building on the left is about 12 stories tall.
If each floor had 4 units on full floors, I'd guess this building has ~75 units.

The exhibit showed that there's a fine line between what gets proposed and what gets built.
Case in point are the Rincon Towers. Originally proposed to be shorter by developers, but then made taller based on Planning Department suggestion/request.
