#OnandagaLake in #SyracuseNY is the most chemically polluted lake in the US. #9superfundsites line its shore. Core samples through the lakebed reveal mercury/cadmium/barium/chromium/cobalt/lead/benzene/chlorobenzene/various xylenes/pesticides/PCBs.
