I couldn’t find one of my favourite street #dogs Buddy and when I did he was in pain. We think he might have been asleep under a car and got run over😱. This likely happened on Monday and by today he had a wound full of maggots. Dr Kai did skin flaps on 2 wounds so he'd heal quicker. #onlywednesday
