Refracture

24/M MVA 1 year back. Operated somewhere else. Had anterior knee pain. Got nail removed 3 weeks back. Again slip and fall. Refracture from same site.
Why did it break from same site after trivial trauma ? Was it only fibrous union ? What to do now ?
