Today is #OrthodoxStarWarsDay - 5/25/1977, for those who didn’t know, is the day STAR WARS opened. I didn’t see it until later that summer (not too much later). Thanks to 48 years of obsession, George Lucas. I’m confident STAR WARS basically kept me weird for my adolescence.

I may be in the minority and I really don't like shitting on things other people enjoy, but as a life-long Star Wars fan, I think May the 4th is poodoo. In the 14 years between Jedi and the Special Editions, I was shunned for liking Star Wars, yet I still celebrated every 5/25. #orthodoxstarwarsday
