Overtoun Bridge causes dogs to jump off it for no apparent reason. Built in 1859 in Dumbarton, Scotland, it spans a ditch 50 feet below. But since the 1950s, there have been hundreds of incidents of dogs suddenly leaping off it, as though compelled by an unseen force, ending up injured or worse. Some blame the supernatural, but many scientific investigations have failed to find an explanation.
