Padparadscha (パパラチア) from Houseki no Kuni / Land of The Lustrous (宝石の国) is looking down at you, and smiling little. They are wearing the costume that is from chapter 66 to 69. On the right of the drawing, there is sentences that is written in Japanese says; "俺はもう諦めた フォスに助けられてしまったからな フォスの目的が達成できるよう全てを尽くそう," which are translated to "I already gave up. Because I had been saved by Phos. I will do my best to achieve Phos's purpose." These are from what Padparadscha said in chapter 69. And "I already gave up" parts repeat.
