The #panangcurry at #SOIONE in #alesund #alesundnorway was really solid and had some spice to it, plus they had #SinghaBeer but the #chickensatay was disappointing - tasted good but only ONE, and no peanut sauce, oh well hahaha...

A picture of my panang curry (with veggies and pineapple). It has coconut milk and curry paste which give the soup (because, after all, that’s what it is) a creamy yet spicy texture.

This’d certainly make #UncleRoger say “hiyaa” because of the vegetables, but hopefully, taste-wise, he’d give it a “fuiyoh.” #Panangcurry #food
