Post: Black people, indigenous people, people of color, women, L. G. B. T. Q. Folks have worked twice as hard in order to get any footing in this country. And there are policies, practices and procedures are put in place to ensure that those who've worked that hard had equal access to opportunities. That was called diversity, equity and inclusion to ensure the people all who have worked their tails off can get to a place of being able to be in positions that they had to work twice as hard to get to. The opposite of de AI is not meritocracy. The opposite of D. I. Is Pete Hegseth. The opposite of DPI is under qualified white men whose connections have put them in positions of power in which they will fumble fundamentally because they did not have to work to get there. And so it should be noted that I have been a D. I. Person. I have been idea higher because I worked harder. I'm smarter, I'm more qualified. I'm incredibly well spoken. I am a personality higher as well. If all these things going for me, and yet and still the systems and structures that are created in this country are participating squid enough like people in digit anus people, people of color, And so equity and inclusion comes in and says that will create systems and structures that allow people who have been marginalized to have an opportunity. And when we were given the opportunity, we saw a country that was thriving. We saw Barack Obama being the aftermath of the idiocy that was Georgia B. Bush. Remember that we thought he was the dumbest president ever and not. Look at us. If you ever needed an understanding of the impact of TDI, look at the accomplishments of black folks in the face of the mediocrity of this white administration in our minds, or that DPI is not now, nor has it ever been a slur, but as a recognition of people like me who are exceptional, who have been gay, kept simply because we were born with a particular amount of melanin.
