Ok #Phiily, u don't like tourists?
Parked my car, got out to pay "at the kiosk". Got my ticket, went to put it in my car (which I guess isn't needed?) & I had a parking ticket!
Literally 2 minutes between turning the car off and paying. Now I have to deal with this stupid agency to clear out up🤬
