Shephard and its various rescues. The corp intends to colonize the planet! They equip you and your crew with a new type of companion." Ajitsuke, Japanese for "seasoning" in a culinary context. Shortened to Aji-chan or Aji-kun, or Aji for the americanized version. In the same way that Oatchi is a Rescue Pup, Aji is from the Frog Force. There is a sketch of a bipedal creature with big frog-like cheeks and little useless arms. It sports a green leaf-tipped tail, evocative of both a pikmin's stem and a tadpole's tail.
