I'm getting back at it, slowly (very slowly) but surely. It's been two months since I had to stop #running. I had a cystectomy for a #pilodinal cyst, then managed to get #sepsis, and I've been waiting for my incisions to heal. Feels good to be back. #RunChi #Runner #Healing
