Not only that, you came in 3 minutes late, and didn't bother to give any reduction to excuse your incompetence !" , while Peppino tiredly apologizes and nods. Next panel, the karen says, rising her arm "I can't BELIEVE I payed $10 for that junk ! My son was waiting for his pizza to celebrate his birthday, and you RUINED IT !!!" and Peppino still apologizes. Next panel, the karen lowers herself to her son's level and gleamely says " Isn't that right my baby ? That nasty meany pizza chef ruined your birthday, didn't he, hm ?". Her son responds by ungodly coughing at her face, she responds with "That's my boy !". Peppino is shocked, how is this kid still alive ?
The Karen is still yelling, and Peppino is gradually getting more annoyed, shifting from apologizing to attempting to speak, but the old hag won’t stop. She finally ends her tirade by shouting, "I want to see your manager!" Peppino stops her and yells out "MA'M !! I'M-A THE OWNER !! OF-A THIS ESTABLISHMENT ...". The karen is shocked, and Peppino sweating and tired, getting really stressed out. Next panel, the karen says "Wait... Is that an italian accent I hear ? No wonder I don't get what you're saying. Speak english you immigrant-" And Peppino fumes up as he's about to let her have it.
Peppino punches the karen with all his might, flunging her up straight to the Moon. Back on Earth, Peppino is wipping his hands clean, mumbling "Tsk... Nasty piece of Maroilles..." Next panel, the karen's kid is sniffing and choking on his mucus, weakly saying "COUGH... Mom ? I wanna go home... snif." Peppino grabs his phone and calls Gustavo, "Yeah, Gus? Huh... you still got-a that medical license, right?" He’s clearly worried about the kid, who’s now bleeding from nose in a very alarming way.
