I added a bit more unsweetened soymilk (the pudding was otherwise so thick!) & maple syrup. We enjoyed the pudding, but next time I'd make it thinner with at least twice the amount of soymilk. It's so cool to have a decadent tasting dessert that is so healthy with almost no fat! #plantbasedRX #vegan
