Today's offering to The Kitchen Gods: Vanilla Pomegranate muffins. Basic muffins with a hint of vanilla and crowned with tart little pomegranate arils. Not enough pom flavor for my liking - next time I'll blend them into the batter. Delicious all the same. 🍜🍽️👩🍳
