Caught a bit of #SevenSharp with a Massey business school academic labelling some workers as #PoorPerformers on the basis of an anonymous survey of co-worker views. 🙄
How is that a valid metric? No data on outcomes or why co-workers hold those views. No basis for better work or engagement.
