I saw my doc yesterday to get my #bloodpressure meds renewed. He wasn't happy with my BP, so I have to monitor it for 2 weeks & go back so he can adjust my meds. I am starting a regime of drinking #hibiscustea twice a day and meditating with #bloodstone. Pic from my #potionbook #grimoire
