So in the wake of season 2, I decided to binge Precure Fairies. I’m aware it’s an AU but I couldn’t help but notice Nuts felt out of character. His behavior in 14 and 15 is not something you would normally see in the show. 4 screenshots from episode 14 and 15 are shown, the first showing Coco and Nuts mischievously grinning while planning to scare Syrup and Tsubasa by pretending to be ghosts, the second showing Coco and Nuts annoyed in their ghost costumes because their plan failed, the third showing them tossing their costumes to the ground and the fourth showing them stomping their foot.
And I kept wondering why they would write him this way if his original personality was so distinct. Then I realized: 4 screenshots shown from various episode, one where Nuts is enjoying a relaxing day, one where he is happily going down the slide, one where he is sitting with Coco on a merry-go-round, and a follow up where he cheers on the merry-go-round. Just saw the first two episodes of #PrecureFairies ^^ It's super cute & fun to watch ^^ Definitely giving me Sanrio vibes in the animation style & Moforun, Pollun & Kurirun are the stars of these two episodes ^^ Looking forward to seeing more ^^ 🩷🤍🩷
