Think this is a Mediterranean Horse Mackerel (Trachurus mediterraneus), not a scad? (Either way, my 1st).
At La Badine, 1st time have ever seen a big congregation of Striped Seabream. One sadly parastized by 2 huge isopods, Anilocra physodes.
