Tom Cotton was also the one that put the kibosh on the #PRESSact that made it through Johnson’s house with bipartisan support (!) to the Senate where Schumer let it die in the 118 Congress. Wyden brought it to the floor to last-ditch get a vote and Cotton denied it.
