Two story, aged brick building in an alley, with randomly arranged multicolour bricks of yellow, grey orange, red and black. There are gridded block glass windows on the ground floor on either side of a metal gate door. The second floor has two three-paned windows. Conduit pipes run up the side of the building. Almost half the image below is worn, textured asphalt, showing layers of pavement, and there are two rusty storm drains. A small amount of snow lines the curb in front of the building.
