A comic page. [Mollusk Era, April 17, 2021. August & Wren's first date.] A series of panels show the two at Wahoo World. They walk around the carnival games, smiling and laughing. Then, Auggie gets frustrated at a claw machine. The two ride a roller coaster, Wren throwing a hand in the air, her other holding Auggie's as he's screaming with his eyes closed. After all that, they're on the boardwalk at dusk. Auggie looks nervous for a moment, but the two share their first kiss.

A comic page. [Afterward.] "Ok, we're here.. Thank you... For today." Auggie says a bit sheepishly on the porch of Wren's house. "Thank you too! I had a lot of fun." Wren replies playfully. "Ok.. Bye.." Auggie says nervously. "No, not yet...!" Wren thinks to herself. She looks at his awkward smile. "He's so..." She thinks. "Wait!" she says, grabbing his wrist. "Just one more...!" She thinks. "Wh-!" Auggie responds, caught off guard.

A comic page. Auggie turns around to Wren. "What's... up?" He quietly asks. Wren grabs his face with both of her hands, and moves forward to kiss him. Auggie's shocked, but kisses back, putting a hand up onto Wren's. "Oh. Haha." He responds after the kiss, still holding Wren's hand. "Sorry, I.. Just wanted to do that again.." Wren says, covering her face a bit with embarrassment. "Ah..! It's okay!" Auggie reassures her.

A comic page. "Ok, bye for real now! I'll um.. call you later?" Auggie says, walking off Wren's porch and out to the sidewalk. "Okay! See you!" She replies, waving him goodbye. Wren goes into her house, and Auggie goes down to the end of the street. A split panel shows both of them flustered, Wren hiding her face in her hands, while Auggie has a fist over his mouth as he clutches his chest. "I did it... My first date..!" The two think together. Becoming an agent wasn't something he had planned, but after a life-threatening battle in space, he came out the other end stronger and more thankful for what he's got. Wren, below him, is labeled as a citizen. the text reads: Wren Iniguez grew up not really standing out much. She moved to the big city in hopes of making friends, which she definitely succeeded in. Headstrong and confident, she doesn't take no for an answer. After becoming part of Team Primary, a competitive anarchy team, she finally felt like she was in the right place. A sticky note is below both of them. the text reads: August and Wren met briefly during Wren's first turf battle, but they reunited a month later and became fast friends. Wren grew to care very deeply for Auggie, especially after he vanished for a month and came back different. He was struggling with factors outside of his control, but Wren helped him get back on his feet. Becoming a couple felt like the natural next step, and they never looked back after getting together. They've been through thick and thin ever since, hand in hand. On the right side of the page, August and Wren are illustrated in their kitchen preparing a meal. Auggie is frying rice on the stove, and Wren is cutting potatoes.

You better keep those grades up." His mom says as he walks towards the door. "Yep! Bye Mom!" August exclaims, looking a bit nervous.
