Rusty the steam engine and Pearl the observation car hold hands in the same position as Tangled’s At Last I See the Light lake scene. They face each other singing, backlit but soft blue light. Instead of a bright lantern festival, there’s a blue night sky light up by a rainbow aurora borealis. The end of the aurora borealis takes the shape of Starlight Express’ train logo: a train with a light peering into the darkness. Stars litter the night sky. Pearl and Rusty’s outfits are a solid mix between their own costumes and that of Flynn Rider and Rapunzel. Rusty wears oranges and browns in the style of a ribbed vest, combined with his gauntlets and graffiti trousers. He has his steamer backpack. Pearl has her purple, pink, and white color scheme in a striped dress that resembles Rapunzel’s. Her high blonde and purple ponytail has been converted into a long floor length braid decorated with pearls.

I watched Jeevan’s spaghetti live a bit ago and after listening to him sing along to the Tangled soundtrack, this idea hasn’t left my head.
