Today in #LaborHistory 4/19/1943: #AlbertHoffman, inventor of #LSD, tested his 1st dose & went for a bike ride. This day is now celebrated as Bicycle Day. From that date forward, #workingclass people could finally afford to go on a trip. Hoffman later went on to isolate #psilicyben.
