The four player characters have entered the sewers, represented by flat grey paved tiles. In the upper right is another tile with a locked metal grate, representing the surface-level sewer entrance the PCs used. The PCS have paused at the first intersection because the elf mage saw with his darkvision spell that up ahead were an armored human and an armored dwarf approaching in the dark. From left to right the PCs are Gayla the monk (in green), Bierdiener the dwarf fighter, Álfr the elf mage, and Criminy in orange.
A side branch off the sewers that was dug out of the natural rock (represented by brown floor tiles) connected just outside the left edge of the photo. In the upper right is a room with stagnant water and a bunch of dead large rats, in the upper middle is a tunnel with a bunch of dead diseased rats, and in the upper right is a tunnel with a bunch of dead ratmen and one dead ratbrute.

The PCs continued to explore the ancient ruins beneath the city. Since they have been curb-stomping the […]
Now I have to hold my breath and see if we are skipping the rest of October. This is supposed to be a weekly game and we've only had 20 sessions since January.
This makes it real hard to maintain enthusiasm. But this is probably my last dnd campaign and my last chance to use all this #Ptolus […]
