Large aluminum pan, with a aluminum foil wrapped cheesecake pan inside of it. Inside the cheesecake pan is my pumpkin cheesecake, before being baked. Velvety smooth and with a color similar to pumpkin pie (I use a lot of pumpkin pie spices, so the color is a bit darker than some pumpkin pies).
