I’ve been doing #purebarre for almost 2 years now and am thinking of doing something new when my pass expires. I have definitely gotten stronger, but I don’t enjoy it at all.

TLDR 30 and 40 yo women, what’s your favorite #workout ?

I’m currently addicted to #purebarre classes, which is so yuppy of me.
But it might just be 50 minutes of focusing on *excruciating physical agony* over current events? At least it’s a healthy addiction?
