I'd imagine it's got to be annoying to use the MCH limit break in PvP (a flat 35K hit) and NOT take out your opponent, or see them throw up their Guard in time to negate the majority of the damage, wasting it. . .
In my defense, it's annoying to see a MCH be so obvious in planning.
