A few highlights from Day One of #QC2025 — a day packed with insights, connections, and the spark of new collaborations. We're so grateful to the hundreds leaders, practitioners, researchers, activists, and community members who came from near and far to be with us.
On Day 2 of #QC2025, participants are leading the conversation. It's a day of free-flowing conversation and collaboration on wide-ranging topics, from #ConvictionIntegrityUnits to mental health and policing to political reform realities.
Day one of #QC2025 was beyond inspiring. Hundreds of #criminaljustice reformers, practitioners, activists, and researchers came together to explore paths to a more just system. We opened with moving words from Exoneree Fellow C.J. Rice, who served 12 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.
Former Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke and Former Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx closed Day 1 of #QC2025 with powerful stories of their time in office and a clear reminder of why prosecutorial discretion is deeply important during these times.
