Dear @suchmayer.bsky.social , thank you. It’s moving—but heartbreaking—that the film will screen at Barbican. #QiuMiaojin took her life 30 years ago—this past June marked the 30th anniversary. I was interviewed, but like many other interviewees, I was nearly speechless in such a sad documentary.
