In der Rede des neuen Digitalministers auf der #re25 wurde skizziert. Verwaltung und andere Services digital zu bündeln, mit offenen Schnittstellen und Datenschutz, das find ich gut. Aber vieles scheitert ja nicht an der Verfügbarkeit sondern an der Bedienbarkeit.
