I decided to grab the RG Astray not too long after the HG for the sake of comparison and cause the RG just looks so damn cool. And it's not too bad. Poses decently well. Not as well as the HG, though. But not as bad as some other early RGs

Snapped together the RG Shining Gundam. A very nostalgic design for me, as my first Gundam show/toy in the early 2000s. This model is a joy to pose, with lots of neat hand options and an impressively simple transformation.

Fun fact: this was the 2nd Real Grade I ever built. Sadly, I made a few mistakes on the build, and it's disintegrating on me. So I grabbed a new copy. Wish it would get reprinted, so I wouldn't have to spend $60+ on eBay for one. Oh well. Can't wait to build it again
