Malakai's puppet is Miya, a tall, black woman in her 30s with brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair. She's a mirror image puppet and shares a lot of Malakai's same mannerisms as well. Very confident and outgoing, not that much different for Malakai then being themself

Alex's puppet is Aaron, a tall mixed man in his 30s. He has curly short, wild brown hair. Hes Alex's male power fantasy that isn't actually as great as she thinks it is. Valya's puppet is Jane, a short white woman in her 30s with brown eyes and short, wild red hair. Valya hates her and avoids being her as much as they can.
Jane is fun. Loud, brash and doesn't shy away from a bar fight. She speaks her mind, especially on the good work Entropy does.

Malakai, fuck I really should have a tactician for the point of this shouldn't I? Must resist all fighters. I feel like this one doesn't have *that* much difference. Technically she could be both, I feel those aren't mutually exclusive to a character. Streetwise tactician. Yeah.

Alex is a fighter not because she's a fighter but because she isn't a tactician. Fighter brained, but little actual fighting lol in concept not practice. She's streetwise and that's where she really shines. Knows who's who and what's happening where, and excellent at reading people #fhr #rebloggame
Valya is a tech-savvy fighter! They know their shit lol while kicking things is pretty great, tech is where their real love is that. If they hadn't gotten involved with hero/villain-ing they would've taken up modwork and been very happy doing that. In AUs they're Julia's modtech

For Malakai, I'm thinking Hunger/better life. The drive to want and want but be striving for nothing in actuality due to their own issues could be interesting. I don't think they know what they want in any sense, they just WANT. It's an open-ended feedback loop that doesn't work

Alex has outsider because there's one(1) select choice i like for her that apparently locks you out of friendless. So she has the most friendless adjacent outsider she can. She's anger motivated. She's pissed, she's tired of being looked down on and cares little for most people.

Valya has sui/outsider, and both hit them hard. Both were there pre HB and got amplified post. They struggle to connect. Their motivation is revenge. They have a single focused goal of eliminating the Farm and everyone connected to it. This will not help them as much as they think.

I will probably never draw this. If we're going with Brainfever for the fill in the gaps step, then the armour is on theme. Brainfever bird/common Hawk cuckoo. I'm imagining it bird-esque but not super directly? Essence of bird. Speed/defense I think. Or speed/telepathy again 😂

The Vex armour is my fucking nightmare XD functional in name but not practicality, mostly leather, possibly real rocks, stupid little jacket, and lots of pockets so sort of practical for thievery. Telepathy/speed, but one swapped for strength in my heart (weak over hurting ortega)

Entropy's armour is mysterious and has the telepathy/speed upgrades. It has a thick, hooded clock to further hide its form. It's all black and the seams of where the pieces fit together glow teal. The telepathy boosters are almost never used

Alex is an art thief ✨️ mostly jewels and jewelry, with the odd oil painting mixed in. She likes the thrill of it, it's fun and very lucrative. She has little direction or plans, she's just going with it and enjoying herself. Had HB not happened, she probably would be here still

Alex's villain persona also has 2 names 😂 Vexation, better known as Vex. It's something she put a lot of thought into, needed to sound Serious and Offical but also cool as hell. Names on the box, she's here to be annoying and frustrating. Alex lives to be a pain in someone's ass

My main sidestep is Valya Galdin, they/them. Stressed, depressed, debatably well dressed. Perpetually having a Bad Time™️, they're a chewtoy of a guy(gn). Would rather not be the protagonist or do this whole villain thing thx. But don't let that or their low ruthlessness fool you.
