Amazing harvest of lion's mane mushrooms using #recycledmushroomblocks from #centraltexasmycology we taste tested them 3 ways - sauteed with butter and garlic, raw, and with sesame oil and soy sauce. Winner by far was the sesame oil and soy sauce. Gonna try dehydration tomorrow! Fingers crossed!
